Standard shipping for in-stock items typically takes 3-5 business days. For custom team kits or embroidered jerseys, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy on rugby boots?
We accept returns on rugby boots within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition and have not been worn on grass or outdoors. Original packaging must be included.
Do you offer bulk discounts for rugby clubs?
Yes, Rugby Imports offers tiered pricing and bulk discounts for clubs, schools, and youth organizations. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on equipment and apparel.
How do I know which size jersey to order?
Rugby jerseys come in different fits: 'Test' (tight/athletic) and 'Replica' (standard/relaxed). We recommend checking our detailed size chart to compare chest measurements before purchasing.
Can I customize a jersey with a name and number?
Absolutely. We offer high-quality heat-press and embroidery services for names and numbers on the back of most jerseys. Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.
