Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your rugby gear.
Ship the Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse facility.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
